Game Day Salsa

2 cups roma tomato, medium diced

1 cup red onion, finely diced

1 cup jalapeno, finely diced

¼ - ½ cup cilantro, minced, leaves only

salt and pepper to taste

Starting with the roma tomatoes, mix all ingredients together.  Stir well.  Make sure that the tomato is the dominate ingredient.  Can add more or less jalapenos.  Can serve right away, but is best refrigerated over night so all ingredients can marry and juice can form.  Serve with tortilla chips.
