***The Burn***

 

 

Used for Stuffy Sinuses and Congested Chest


¾ to 1 gal. water

5 cloves of garlic, smashed as best possible

4 inches of ginger, minced as best possible

5 lemons, use entire lemon except for the peel

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Real maple syrup or Honey, to your taste (Maple is best)

 

Throw everything into a blended and mix very well.  Drink liberally, at least 8 oz. per hour.  Will help break up stuffy sinuses and clear congested chest.  Also, will help you cough things up.
